When you visit this website, the server processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). [Retention period of log files.]

No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data is transmitted to third parties when the page loads.

Contact form and email

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible venture (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The form also contains an invisible field and a time stamp to detect spam. To limit abuse, we keep a short-lived, salted hash of your IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.

Messages from the form are delivered through Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France [check entity and address against your Brevo contract], which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. [If you store enquiries in a Brevo list or the Brevo CRM, say so here.] Brevo does not use the data for its own purposes, and you are not subscribed to any newsletter.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
